Miers is such a poor choice for nomination. When Bush said her "religion" played a part in his choosing her, I couldn't help but think of him saying over and over and over again...i will not have a litmus test for judges.

I loved it when Bill Maher pointed out on Real Time that Miers was a Catholic/Democrat and now an Evangelical Christian/Republican. What makes Bush so sure he knows she won't change her mind when she can flip flop about fundamentals like Politics and The Lord.
