Your "outrage" of the flag signing amuses me since the left enjoys burning it.
'Tards are generally lovable and loving people with little impulse control. I've seen a lot of fakery but little loving from the self annointed one.
Your fan club informs the world that Miers is a trojan horse and that is very possible, but I would stop long enough to ask why the self annointed one is trying to sneak one past the people.
Is the self annointed one telling us that rape is morrally acceptable if the victim was tricked beforehand?

At this time it is not illegal to burn the flag as a form of protest, although the neo-cons want to make it a punishable offense.
This is due to the fact that they "worship" the flag as an icon.
The flag is made up of several pieces of cloth. It is only a symbol of the freedoms we have by being citizens of this country. A symbol of the Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms that Bushco and the rest of the neo-cons are trying to destroy in the name of their national security.
It is illegal, though, to deface the flag by adding to it and/or writing on it. It is also illegal to fly a flag that is faded, torn, tattered, soiled, or damaged in any way or flown after sunset unless proper lighting is provided. I, like Helen, have seen flags such as these being flown by republican "patriots" on their homes and vehicles.
This picture once again is proof that the idiot Bush feels that the laws and rules do not apply to him.
