With Condi, it's all in the wording. She stated that the U.S. will not torture. What she didn't say is that the U.S., the CIA more specifically, will continue with the act of rendition. We don't torture, but if we happen to ship some prisoners to your 3rd world country with a list of questions attached, do what you've got to do..*wink wink*.
Really Shelly, your writing is terrible - no, God awful. Did you not finish school or just didn't pay attention in English? Incomplete sentences, fragmented thoughts - please, please stop.
