Bush Confused About Wiretapping

In response to the recent court ruling defining Bush's NSA Wiretapping as ILLEGAL, Bush fired back saying,
"I don't know what all the fuss is about. I mean I can't even tap cell phones or portable phones...they don't have wires! When talking about wiretapping, you have to have wires. I mean, you people are ignoramisus. Our intelligence indicated that the terrorists are using rotary phones."
After the press conference, Bush laid out his 8 tiered "pyramid" scheme to save Social Security.
