"Family Values" Sara Evans and her Very GOP, Homophobic, Porn-Smackin' Hubby....

First off, I don't give a rat's tail that Sara left the Dancing with the Stars.
She sucked.
Obviously, from last night's interview she KNEW previous to last week's results show that she was going to be filing for divorce and leaving. The "results show" which airs on Wednesday nights, is TAPED on the Tuesday night after the live performance. So, for Sara to say she knew before the results show, means she knew Tuesday night before she even competed.
Last week results show kicked off Willa and Maxim, (actually one of my favorites). Sara looked kind of shocked. Sara was the worst of the dancers. Willa actually did very well that night. I suspect that Sara thought she would get kicked off, then file for the divorce, and it wouldn't cause near the stir it did.
So, who cares right? She should have 1. been kicked off last week, and 2. should have left last week. But instead Willa had to leave....so Sara basically cheated Willa and Maxim out of one more attempt.
But let's politicize it....shall we??
Tom DeLay stumped for Sara in an attempt to get GOP voters/waters of Dancin' to keep Sara dancing and to vote Jerry Springer off. Here is a little 'sumpin sumpin DeLay emailed:
Sara Evans has been a strong supporter of the Republican Party and represents good American values in the media. From singing at the 2004 Republican Convention to appearing with candidates in the last several election cycles, we have always been able to count on Sara for her support of the things we all believe in. … One of her opponents on the show is ultra liberal talk show host Jerry Springer. We need to send a message to Hollywood and the media that smut has no place on television by supporting good people like Sara Evans.

Not only has Sara been a good buddy of the GOP, but her husband has actually financially suppported the GOP.
Sara's husband is Craig T. Schelske. A one time failed Republican congressional candidate, the executive director of American Destiny , which seeks to teach children about "the role of God and Christianity in America's story," and chairman of CRAIGPAC, a political action committee that gives to Republican candidates.
Last week, Evans filed her divorce papers [PDF], accusing him of being, a porn-loving, adulterous, abusive drunk who likes to advertise on Craig's List for three-ways, anal sex and takes naked pictures of himself aroused (bo-yo-yoing!). (I know what you are thinking...and No....Craig Schelske isn't another alias of Jeff Gannon. I can see where you would make that mistake.)
Evans said Schelske "frequently watches pornography on each of [the family's] three computers," has "at least 100 photographs of [himself] posing with his erect penis" and "several photographs showing [himself] having sex with other women." Evans also accuses him of bangin the nanny. Oh, come on....that is SOOOO Jude Law...
He once refused to let Evans' Dancing With the Stars costume designer enter their Los Angeles home because he was a "Sodomite." although Schelske fished for anal sex on Craig's list....hmmm...
CRAIGPAC gave $2800 to the Friends of George Allen. Other recipients include Rep. Brian Bilbray, the California congressman who replaced disgraced Republican Randy "Duke" Cunningham earlier this year in a special election and Michele "fool for Christ" Bachmann.
Wonder who else graces the list of CraigPac.....Tom DeLay maybe?
