The Post reported today that Rove does not qualify for the homestead exemption taxes on his home in D.C. (valued at 1.1mil). See, Turd Blossom votes in Texas. And according to D.C. law, you only get homestead exemption if you VOTE where you are claiming the exemption. This is where Turd Blossom really gets clammy....The law has been in place since 2001 and he is claiming ignorance. See, Turd Blossom also claimed homestead on a little shack outside Austin on the river. See, Turd Blossom VOTES in Tx. He claims TEXAS is his home..a little over 800 square foot shack worth less than 25,000, that he does not inhabit. But Turd Blossom should have known you can't file homestead on two houses at the same time....come on...you think Turd Blossom does his own taxes??? puuuullllleeeeaasssseee...
So, he is my query......Does Turd Blossom live in D.C.? or Does Turd Blossom live in TX??? (million dollar home vs. shack in the boonies) I am guessing since he made his investment in D.C., that is where he lives and where he should have voted....But the courts will decide...
