Here are just a few flawed policies of the Bush administration that lead either directly or indirectly to the demise to the victims in the wake of Katrina:
1. Reversing enviromental standards set by the Clinton administration causing more and more green house gasses and global warming to be increasing at an uncontrollable rate.
2. Funding cuts for Army Corp of Engineers
3. Funding cuts for first responders
4. Skyrocketing Gas prices
5. Communication breakdowns and no set standards for chain of command
6. Not following the 9/11 commission recommendationa
7. Stretching our military too thin in Iraq
8. Stretching our military supplies too thin by sending stockpiles to Iraq meant for stateside disaster surpluses.

No, George didn't cause the hurricane, no one says that. Only republican fucktards like Ann Coulter would say that democrats say that. It is the big picture. I thought he was a big picture man, or is that just the books he reads.
Lets go back to the morning of 9/11/01, after being told the "country is under attack" he remained seated for 7 minutes. Did nothing for 7 minutes. He didn't know what to do. In the wake of Katrina, he didn't know what to do. He is so underqualified for the job of President it is unreal. This is not ON THE JOB TRAINING Mr. President. Guess he didn't get that memo either.
