Being IMPEACHED means to have charges brought against. He was acquitted, and then censured. Dodging the Draft does not make you a federal felon unless you are tried and convicted of it. You are incorrect about him being a federal criminal and a federal felon, and frankly teetering with liable laws...
A felon has no voting rights. Clinton does have voting rights. For a person to be a felon or x-criminal he must be tried and convicted first. The articles of impeachment were not passed, thus Clinton not removed from office. (which would have been the result of conviction /sentencing) He was "impeached" but "acquitted". I believe your name is Justice for all...just not Clinton. Know the law and the facts, then come back to my blog with something intelligent to say.

Failure to report does not make you a federal criminal. As you name suggests...Justice for all. For someone, even a draft dodger to be called a criminal...he must have a due process of law. Geroge Bush failed to report and we know that....but remember he was working on a campaign.

I've got to visit 'Justice for All's blog and read some of his other historical 'facts'. Then I might write a humourous story with his 'facts'...could call it 'Justice's World of Right Wing Spin'.
I admit I love Bill Clinton, what liberal democrat doesn't. But, I'll admit, he is flawed. He is also human. I know he lied in front of the American public and under oath. I know this. I know what it was about. It wasn't about viles of anthrax or weapons of mass distruction. It wasn't about securities fraud or campaign contributions. It was about sex.
I know about censure and impeachment. I know, but don't really dwell on it. So, quit telling me I don't know the "truth" or that Clinton lied. I know. I just really dont think it was THAT big of a deal...the sex thing, not the purgery thing. It was wrong and he appologized for it. Bush didn't want to admit his drunk driving arrest cause his daughters didn't know. Well, since most the Bush family including the twins have pretty much all been in trouble one way or another related to drinking I think that was a lie. Is it important? Well, if you are asked on a job interview (which it was) if you have ever been detained or arrested for alcohol related crimes, and you answered "no" then your employer later found out it was "yes" you could be fired. I think a little boozing wouldn't have hurt those crazy twins anyway. But how about a little girl having to hear the explicit details of her father's sexual trists? Maybe Clinton was trying to hid his imperfections as well. I am sure they are both good dads and care about their kids. But Bush wouldnt go under oath to answer ANYTHING! Not even in front of the 9/11 commission. So, Clinton might have lied and that is wrong...but Bush has lied so much, just not under oath, that he is getting away with it.
