3 Years from Mission Accomplished...

It was three years ago today that W stood on that air craft carrier with his little flight suit on that accentuated his franks and beans. He stood in front of a banner that proudly said "Mission Accomplished". What mission was accomplished 3 years ago?
The only thing I know now that I didn't know then is that our President is Derrick Zoolander....
